These days, we're all pretty canny shoppers. Actually, shoppers have always been pretty canny. You should have seen my dear old grandmother down at the fish market. But buying and selling online is different. When you use the web, you can't see what you're buying until it's been bought. Right?
That's why I try to make my T-shirt, sweatshirt and hoodie images as clear as possible. And that's why I include as much description as I can.
All the same, you need to know where you stand with me when you buy my clobber. And it's simple: If you don't want whatever you've bought (and why would you NOT want it?), send it back. As long as it arrives in good condition, unworn and saleable, I'll refund your money instantly. And that doesn't mean next day, or next week, or whenever.
You bought it fast, and you want your money back fast. And I wouldn't expect any less with the stuff I buy online (and to save valuable surfing time, I buy a lot of stuff via the web).
So that's the Willy De Custard NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY (and I don't even know how to quibble). Buy it. Inspect it. Keep it. Or return it. Around here, satisfaction isn't part of the deal. Satisfaction is the WHOLE deal.
